Just awesome. Turned my old phone into a home security camera. Setup took a little back & forth, you just have to pair in correct order for the right device to be designated as the camera & the other as the viewer, but they also make it pretty easy to switch. Motion recording is accurate & alerts are on time, recording is specific not excessively long. Auto low-light mode turns on when the sun goes down. Can't say enough good things about it worth every penny for the subscription.
Soneone walking slowly, like walking dog, carrying heavy package, elderly or sneaking will be INVISIBLE. Not captured. Best use with phone that has removable battery, the battery WILL 100% of the time swell up after 3 months or so. Which is an explosion hazzard. Subscription works worse: it promises longer recordings and doesn't deliver. Cutting them most often off at a few seconds to save their servers storage space. A cool down of a few seconds after motion would solve this but they won't.
the picture will still randomly freeze and you can't really tell until you notice nothing has changed for awhile. Also on the news plus cameras the recordings are only 60 seconds long for all activities. Sometimes I may get 63-65 seconds but nothing goes into the higher 60s and beyond. It will just stop during the motion happening. I've reported a few videos of it happening to help. I've noticed it's only the new cameras, the older ones still record 120s. I am a premium user.
