The video stream rarely loads and you're forced to only use the audio on all devices. The audio plays the same 3 commercials over and over which makes you mental. Cannot listen to the video with the screen off. Sometimes when you're watching the video stream but have to put the phone in your pocket the video stream turns off as soon as you lock you phone which is annoying. You should be able to open and close your screen and have the video stream continue as you listen.
App won't load. Was loading up untill yesterday. 9/11/23 For audio listening, If you're lucky app will load first thing in the morning. By mid -morning, if you have closed app and want to log back in it won't work. CNBC used to care and fix problems quickly and provide follow up but not anymore. As a 5 year CNBC pro paying customer I am finally stopping my renewal of this setvice. I'm not able to get my money back now but will definitely not be renewing and looking to spend it elsewhere.
I used to love the app. I used to beable to watch the live tv which is authorized by my cable subscription. However that no longer works through my android phone. There is also a live audio stream. It usually works correctly but sometimes what is broadcast is not the live tv program.
