Authorization error. It worked for years, then one day, it stopped. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, restarting my phone, an hour on the phone with tech people who did not understand me and I did not understand them, and assurances that it had been fixed, I still get an "authorization error" or an error that my subscription tier does not include this service. I've had Xfinity for years because it's the only high-speed internet option. I wish there was an alternative.

When I first downloaded this app it worked great (for 4 days). After that I've had nothing but problems!! If it connects I get a speed of 26mbps. Most of the time it doesn't connect! I even use the QR scan & opening the Hotspot app for "xfinitywifi." I've Uninstalled and reinstalled & cleared cache numerous times over months and it's still doesn't perform like it should. I've reached out to customer service via chat and they have zero clue on a fix. And I'm paying $300 a month for my services ;(

It's absolutely terrible. After installing the app on my cell phone, no icon shows up for it on my phone. Upon opening it. all it shows is many supposedly available Xfinity wifi hotspots on a list or a map view with absolutely no way to connect to them. Xfinity customer service was completely useless in helping me connect while traveling. As a very long-term Comcast Xfinity customer, I am ready to go with a competitor.
