Previous version of this app would not load. They now appear to have fixed that issue. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to make an appointment through the app. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app. Overall, a good and useful app that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.

Does not replace the defunct flex app. Used to be able to upload receipts to keep track of what I'm buying with the flex card. Now all I can see is the total amount spent. Not the details of the receipts. This app does not replace the functionality of the flex app. Plus what happened to all the receipts I already uploaded?

You deleted the OTC app mid-year forcing us to use this app now this app for some reason has an error and we can't access our account. You people are so dysfunctional. We created the account was able to successfully login multiple times for weeks and now for some reason we are now getting an error page tell us to call the customer desk. Are you people even embarrassed with your own mismanagement. The web pages is so bad we haven't even bothered with that in months.
