The app sucks. I can't process split pays. I can't setup alerts. I can't get the ticket to show in portrait mode. I emailed and was given a number to call. Those people aren't technical and had no way to resolve anything. Oh yeah, I uninstalled/re-installed, cleared my cache and data. There's no split pay options bcz of glitches. They also have no clue regarding alerts. GOOD JOB OVER THERE!

Great when it works. It frustrating when I can't even activate my prepurchased tickets because of server connection issues which has happened a lot more than I'd like. I always keep cash on me as a back up but depending where you get on the bus, cash is not accepted. Multiple times after waiting in a long line I'd have exit a bus to purchase a physical ticket and wait in line all over again for the next one.

Since the update, the App stalls. When searching for the bus time using the "My Bus" options, it does not allow you to type in the bus number. When you Sign Out, the App makes it appear as though you have signed out, but you are not signed out. When you go back to the App, you are still signed on. Your account is opened until the time expires. This leaves customers account vulnerable to hackers.
